Tensions in the Team by Clancy Hayes

Frequently, the relationship is strained and stretched sometimes beyond repair. Often no one knows what initially caused the problem. The attitudes and actions of the leader do affect the team member. They may in fact cause the spirit of the team member to react to the spirit of the leader. When this happens then the relationship is thrown into a tension that is destructive, unproductive, and possibly irreconcilable.

They are not merely socio-economic systems that have rebelled against God, but personal spiritual powers opposed to the very being of God. Although the names of powers who oppose God vary in different biblical contexts, their origin and essence are one.

Coming in August: Mercy Me! By Sylvia Stewart

Mercy Me! We don't hear it so often these days. Is that perhaps because we no longer rely so heavily on the mercy of God? Jonah also knew God's mercy and complained about it when, in his anger, he wanted God to judge Nineveh for its wickedness.
